It’s good to set goals for ones self. It’s even better to achieve said goals.
–Make it through the next month without driving myself crazy with worry and panic (Success!)
–Lose at least 5lbs a month
–Become more active, less sedentary
–Get a job that is more fitting to my education level and my abilities
–Get a circle of friends with whom I can interact with without fear
–Work towards my dream goal of owning a tea shop
–Push myself to being able and fit enough to complete the Round the Bays Run/Walk next march here in Auckland.
There, that’s a good start. Lets see how we do.
